I was thinking that I hadn't added anything to my page in a few days and I just took this picture of my wife and thought why not let those 2 1/2 people who read this blog see how beautiful my wife is. She truly is my inspiration.

yes she is very pretty and a good inspiration for us all. I don't think I have ever lost the amount of weight she has just by hard work and diligence.
